How long have you been a Disc Jockey?

We have over 12 years of experience with the industries biggest and best known entertainers and DJs. We have worked with some really great folks. What we've learned in the past, we're now able to pass along to you.

Do you travel, and how far?

Bluelight Entertainment has traveled as far north as Maryland, as far south as Atlanta. We have traveled to the Blue Ridge Mountains, and all up and down the beaches of North and South Carolina up into the Tidewater area of Virginia. But if you would like to use Bluelight Entertainment at your event, we'll be glad to make arrangements to travel further.

What types of music do you play?

We have all types of music from the 1940's and Big Band to Country and Rock. We frequently update our catalog of music to ensure we have the latest hits. If there's something in particular you'd like to hear, just let us know and we'll be glad to get it for your event.

I am having a fund raiser, can you help?

Give us a call, we would love to help your group with a project. It feels good to give back to the community. We can greatly slash our rates to fit into your budget. Most times, our DJs will donate there time if they are available.

Do I tip the DJ?

Gratuity is not included in the final price of the contract. Generally a 10% to 20% tip is recomended if the DJ did a great job for you. It is always appriciated, but never expected.

What if something goes wrong, like the Dj gets sick or a fuse blows?

We always have back-up equipment with us at an event and several experienced DJs on standby if something goes wrong.

Will the DJ play requests? Can I bring my own cd?

YES!! It makes our job a little easier, just make sure to take into account the entire audience that will be there. As long as you give us the ok before hand, we will try to play all request that you and your guests give us as time allows.
